Timothy Moore
Managing Partner
Tim is a partner with the firm and focuses his practice on estate planning, elder law, real estate and business planning. The majority of his practice is devoted to estate planning and elder care planning, that is, helping seniors find ways to pay for expensive long-term care. He also handles related real estate and business succession planning matters. Tim is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio as well as the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Tim is a Fellow with the Ohio State Bar Foundation and a member of the Ohio State Bar Associations Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section as well as the Elder Law Committee, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Elder Counsel, Wealth Counsel and the Stark County Bar Association.

Penny Bragg
President
Penny has a tenure of over 30 years in the title industry and serves as President of Beacon Title Agency. With a specialization in escrow and a license as a title agent, Penny brings a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and regulatory aspects of the industry. Her commitment to compliance ensures that Beacon Title Agency operates smoothly and ethically, providing clients with confidence in their transactions. As a lifelong resident of Stark County, Penny's deep roots in the community provide her with valuable insights into local regulations and market dynamics. Outside of work, Penny enjoys camping, boating, beach vacations, and family time. Her multifaceted experiences and passion for title contribute to her effectiveness as a leader in the title industry.

Melanie Kilgore
Title Manager
Melanie is a seasoned professional with over 32 years of experience in the title industry. Her journey began in 1992 when she embarked on her career as a Title Examiner at another Title Company, where she honed her skills and expertise in the field. In 2005, Melanie transitioned to Beacon Title Agency, where she has since been instrumental in handling all aspects of the title side of the industry, holding her Title Agent License.Outside of her professional endeavors, Melanie finds joy in spending quality time with her family. As a devoted wife and mother of three daughters, she cherishes moments shared with her loved ones and the opportunity to create lasting memories together. Additionally, Melanie has 3 grandchildren she enjoys spending time with also. In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, further enriching her life with experiences and adventures.

Jason Henke
Sr. Escrow Officer
Jason's extensive experience in the title industry spanning over 24 years is undoubtedly a testament to his dedication and expertise in his field. Starting with Priority Title Services affiliated with Bixler & Moore, LLC, he laid the foundation for his career and then expanded his knowledge with two major title companies in Stark County. Returning to Bixler Moore, LLC as a Senior Escrow Officer for Beacon Title Agency showcases his commitment to his roots and his desire to continue providing top-notch service. Jason's eagerness to provide the best service even after more than two decades reflects his passion for his work and his dedication to client satisfaction. His wealth of experience makes him a valuable asset to Beacon Title Agency and its clients.

Edgar M. Moore, Jr.
General Counsel
Ed is Certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration by the Ohio State Bar Association. For more than 35 years he has focused his practice on helping families plan for the future in the areas estate and business planning, elder law, probate and real estate. Ed is licensed to practice in Florida and Ohio and much of his practice is spent helping individuals and families who split their time between the two states. Ed finds great satisfaction in the opportunity to help families plan for and deal with life transitions such as the death of a loved one, a nursing home stay, business succession, the adoption of a child or the sale of real estate. Originally from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Ed and his wife Barbara have lived, worked and raised their 5 children in Stark County, Ohio for over 35 years.

Stephanie Weston
Business Development
Stephanie has 7 years of sales and business development experience as a Realtor and as a small business owner. She has won multiple awards for sales achievements in Real Estate over the years. With these experiences, she has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of the local Real Estate market and built many relationships throughout the community. Stephanie is eager to apply that knowledge to title sales and the business development of Beacon Title and Bixler Moore LLC. Stephanie is also a Certified Notary Signing Agent and has conducted hundreds of closings over the last few years. She knows how stressful transactions can be for people and is committed to exceeding expectations and ensuring seamless experiences for all parties involved.When shes not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children and their Goldendoodle, Leia. She and her husband John, are also actively involved at their church and throughout the Jackson community.
